"Box Split to Boost Profits"
I was browsing online for some solar garden fairy lights and came across a deal for 3 fairies priced at £19 on various sites. However, on All in One, I found 3 fairies listed for £7.99 plus shipping. When the package showed up, there was just 1 fairy inside. I should've seen it coming since it was packed in a box meant for garden lights. The ad was super misleading, showing 3 fairies when you only receive 1. I could've snagged all 3 for £19. Clearly, they’ve split a box and are selling them one by one. With shipping, I ended up paying £11.98. Really let down.

"Fantastic delivery experience"
What a fantastic delivery experience! I placed my order online yesterday, and in less than a day, my stuff showed up. The items were almost 50kgs, and the shipping cost was quite reasonable. No problems whatsoever, and I’d surely use this service again.

I've shopped here a minimum of three times throughout the lockdown period. Not once have I faced a problem; every item has been top-notch, and the service has been exceptional. The way the garden center communicates is just fantastic. If something's out of stock, they always suggest great alternatives. Big thanks to all the dedicated folks at the center who’ve helped keep me occupied and my garden looking sharp during these times!! :)

"Terrible Customer Experience"
The service was just awful. After waiting ages for my order, I had to ask for a refund. I made a bunch of calls, but nobody got back to me. The last person I spoke to was super aggressive and downright threatening. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest this to even my worst enemy!

"Disappointing Meal Experience"
Dropped by today with my grandson, and he ordered fish and chips—only 8 chips on the plate! The fish was tiny, about half the size it used to be for an adult portion. I went for a burger that was so small I could barely taste it, and there were maybe 6 chips on my plate. My wife chose a ham sandwich that looked and tasted like it came from the store, just a slice of ham on some plain bread. Prices have definitely gone up, but the quality of the food has really gone downhill. We won't be returning until things get better. Such a letdown!

"Price Hike of 40%"
The breakfast remains top-notch and perfectly cooked, but the cost has jumped from £4.99 to £5.99, and toast is no longer part of the deal. Now, you gotta shell out an extra £1.99 for two slices of toasted bread. So, the total comes to £6.99 for the same meal, which is a 40% rise. At this rate, the cafe might end up as deserted as the garden center!

"PROCEED WITH CAUTION WHEN SHOPPING ONLINE"
AVOID PURCHASING FROM THIS SITE. The website doesn’t show what’s actually in stock. Delivery costs are high, and it still takes ages to get your stuff. My item showed up damaged and not working, even after they claimed it was 'quality checked.' They need to send me a returns label through the mail. Refunds take their sweet time to get sorted out.
Update (to give credit where it’s due)... My complaint got sorted out to my liking. I received a refund and some compensation for the hassle.

Dropped by today and made a choice to check out the cafe. We had to hang around for 35 minutes before our meals arrived. Honestly, the food quality didn’t justify the wait. My wife ordered a steak sandwich, but when it came, only half of it had any steak, and she received a measly 9 chips. Definitely not worth the cash. The garden center felt empty. The vibe and the staff gave off a sense that things aren’t going great here. I’d be shocked if this place is still running next year.

I encountered a minor issue with my delivery, but the customer service team really stepped up to ensure I got my order and even sent me an apology email afterward.
Wouldn't it be great if every supplier responded like that?
